Do you support auto-scaling?
Yes! As your audience grows or shrinks, you can enable auto-scaling, which allows the system to increase or decrease your allotment based on your usage. This saves you money!
Do you support overages?
Yes! You can enable overages, which allows you to go above your current contact allotment. You will be billed for the overage, but you won’t be limited based on your allotment. You can also disable overages, so you never receive additional fees.
When overages and auto-scaling are enabled, we’ll bill for any overages and then increase your allotment to avoid future overages. Again, this is your choice and can be enabled or disabled by you.
Can I start on a monthly plan and change to annually?
Yes! You can change your plan from monthly to annual at any time. We will pro-rate everything to make sure it’s completely fair to you.
Is it easy to downgrade?
Ugh! Don’t downgrade! If you do need to downgrade, we made that just as easy as upgrading. Simply select a new plan, and at the end of your current billing cycle, we’ll downgrade you to the new plan.
Are both marketing and transactional email plans required?
Absolutely not! However, you always need a marketing plan. The transactional email plan is only needed if you plan to implement transactional email within your marketing program. Luckily for you, this is all integrated into a single solution in Tarvent.
