Does this integration support syncing custom fields or just the basic information?
Our integration supports syncing almost all your fields, basic and custom ones. We wanted to make sure that you have all the data needed to properly market to your customers and leads, not just email, first name, and last name.
Does the integration support manual syncing?
Yes! You can start a manual sync through the integration settings.
Can I control which contacts are synced and which ones are not?
Yes! We allow some filtering options to control which contacts get synced. The options are based on if the contacts are assigned to your Less Annoying CRM user or if your user has write permissions. Check the options in your integrations settings to see what's available.
Do I really get all features with the everythign plan?
Yes! We don't like the "feature-gating" plan structure. We prefer to give you all features at a competitive price.
Can I control which platform is the primary platform for data syncing? I don't want to overwrite my data in Less Annoying CRM.
Yes! In the field mapping settings, you can control which platform is the data authority. In the event that the data is different between the two platforms, we will use the value from the platform specified as the data authority.
Is there anything I can't do with this integration? Seems like everything is covered.
